🔧 MJS AUTOMOTIVE – MOBILE MECHANICS 🔧

Today we attended a Renault Trafic after the customer complained of a scraping noise and loud humming coming from the rear of the van.

After carrying out our checks, we diagnosed the rear brakes as being completely worn down to metal-on-metal, creating a serious safety hazard. ⚠️

We replaced both rear brake discs, which have the ABS rings and wheel bearings built in.

While carrying out the repair, we also noticed the N/S/R rear spring had snapped. We contacted the customer, who gave us the go-ahead, and we replaced the spring while we were there. ✅

Another van back on the road safely! 🚐💨

Hi, I’m Morgan, the face behind MJS Automotive 👋

I’m 20 years old and have been working in the motor trade for 5+ years, building up experience working on a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles. 🔧🚗🚐

I started MJS Automotive because I wanted to provide a reliable, honest and friendly mobile mechanic service across the North East — without the hassle of taking your vehicle to a garage.

Whether it’s a routine service, brakes, suspension, exhaust work, diagnostics or something a little more complicated, I’m always happy to take a look and give you honest advice.

Haven’t posted much simply because we’ve been flat out getting the jobs done! 💪
