VTS site audits I offer Compliance Audits. This is a DVSA based Site Review that scores your VTS either satisfactory, improvements needed or unsatisfactory. The better you score the fewer visits your VTS will get from the DVSA. The Compliance Audit is a health check of your systems and will highlight areas you need to focus on to improve with help from me if you require it. Mandatory annual training CPD In order to stay qualified as a MOT Tester, you must carry out a minimum of 3 hours training and in some cases 5 hours if the NT is qualified to test both group A (Motorcycles) and group B (Vehicles). The mandatory training is then followed by an annual assessment, which all MOT Testers must complete between April and March every year Quality control I offer Tester Quality Control checks whether you are a small VTS with one tester or a large franchise with numerous testers, I can carry out Quality Control checks on you and your staff. As an Authorisation, you must carry out these checks. Keeping on top of your Quality Control checks is extremely important, it helps keep standards high and Testers up to date with current special notices. A robust Quality Control system will help protect the Authorisation against a potential disciplinary action. Appeals I offer MOT disciplinary representation nationwide. In the unfortunate event that one of your MOT Testers or the Vehicle Testing Station comes under the investigation of the DVSA I can help. I will also attend MOT appeals with you, I will ensure that the process is followed correctly and fairly, and try to get the best outcome for you.
