The affected components were thoroughly cleaned, the timing drive system inspected, and a new belt kit installed according to manufacturer specifications.

Another precise and detail-focused job completed in our workshop. This time, we carried out a full timing belt replacement on a 2020 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 Turbo petrol engine.
🔧 Scope of work included:

Replacement of timing belt (wet belt system)
Cleaning of oil system components due to belt debris contamination

Kolejna precyzyjna realizacja w naszym warsztacie. Tym razem wykonaliśmy kompleksową wymianę p***a rozrządu w Oplu/Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 Turbo z 2020 roku.
🔧 Zakres prac obejmował:
Demontaż elementów silnika w celu uzyskania dostępu
Kontrolę stanu układu rozrządu
Wymianę p***a rozrządu (tzw. mokry pasek w oleju)
Czyszczenie układu olejowego z pozostałości p***a
Montaż nowych uszczelnień i niezbędnych części
Ponowny montaż zgodnie ze specyfikacją producenta
Testy końcowe i kontrolę pracy silnika

A Mini Cooper came in for a routine air conditioning recharge, but during inspection we identified a fault with the A/C system. The issue turned out to be a damaged condenser, which required replacement to restore proper cooling performance.
While carrying out the repair, we also addressed additional concerns:
Fixed coolant leaks
Eliminated engine oil leaks
Performed a complete service for optimal reliability and performance
The result: a fully refreshed vehicle with a properly functioning air conditioning system, ready for the road in top condition.

Mini Cooper przyjechało na standardowe nabicie klimatyzacji, jednak podczas diagnostyki wykryliśmy problem z układem A/C. Okazało się, że uszkodzony jest Condenser (chłodnica klimatyzacji), który wymagał wymiany, aby przywrócić prawidłowe działanie układu.
Przy okazji wykonaliśmy dodatkowe prace:
Usunięcie wycieków płynu chłodniczego
Naprawa wycieków oleju silnikowego
Pełny serwis pojazdu
Efekt końcowy: samochód w pełni sprawny, z działającą klimatyzacją i przygotowany do dalszej bezproblemowej eksploatacji.
