Mercedes-AMG G63 in at FTP HQ for a subtle but effective upgrade. 🔧

We fitted an ASR-Component exhaust valve control module, giving the driver full control over the factory exhaust valves and allowing them to open completely without the usual factory restrictions.

It’s a great modification for anyone looking to get more sound and character from the G63’s factory exhaust, without the expense or commitment of replacing the complete system.

BMW M240i Stage 3 | Custom Single Exit Conversion 🔥

Something a little different on this Stage 3 M240i…

The customer wanted a more subtle rear-end setup without compromising the performance of the car, so we fabricated a full custom single-exit exhaust system in 304 stainless steel ✅

We retained a 3.5” diameter throughout to provide the flow required for the Stage 3 setup, while incorporating a centre silencer and Jap-can style rear section to keep the overall look and sound more understated.

A clean, purposeful setup — built around the power level of the car and exactly what the customer wanted 💪

Our good customer Alex returned with his track-spec MG ZR, this time for some custom exhaust fabrication.

Alex supplied an equal-length Piper exhaust manifold, which required us to design and fabricate a bespoke mid-section to seamlessly integrate it with the vehicle’s existing rear exhaust system.

Carefully measured, fabricated and TIG welded in-house for a precise fit and quality finish.

At FTP, it’s precision in every cut and pride in every weld. ⚡️

Audi RSQ3 | Stage 2 Refinement 🔧💨

This recently purchased RSQ3 came into the workshop already running a Stage 2 calibration, but the new owner was experiencing ongoing OPF-related issues.

Once we got underneath the car, it quickly became clear that the previous setup needed some attention. We overhauled the mid-section and found used spark plugs fitted where the exhaust temperature sensors should have been — certainly not the solution we’d recommend 😵

We sourced and installed genuine temperature sensors, corrected the setup properly, and worked our magic with a fresh custom calibration.

The result? The OPF issues have been ironed out, the car is now operating as it should, and while we were there… we added a little more sauce to the power map. 🌶️
