The vehicle is only part of the experience.

Alongside you is one of our Product Experts, with an extensive knowledge of the Land Rover range, the technology behind it and how to get the most from it when the road ends.

But their knowledge goes well beyond the vehicle.

They know our tracks, the terrain and Highland Perthshire — from the best line through an obstacle to the stories and landmarks you’ll discover as you head further into the hills.

So ask questions. Lots of them.

You might arrive wanting to know more about your Defender, but chances are you’ll leave knowing a little more about this corner of Scotland too.

Autumn is well and truly here at Dunkeld Park. Leaves under the tyres, amber through the trees and a Defender looking very at home amongst it all.

The scenery might change with the seasons, but the adventure doesn’t.

And we have to admit, off-roading looks particularly good at this time of year.

It’s okay if you’re really here for the picnic stop.

Yes, there are private tracks to explore, off-road challenges to tackle and plenty of driving along the way…

But pulling up somewhere in the hills, opening the boot and settling in for lunch with a view? That’s a pretty important part of a Trek Day too.

Bring the good sandwiches. Pack the flask. Find a spot with a view.

Sometimes the best part of the drive is stopping for a while.

Each year, our team makes the journey across to Northern Ireland, bringing a little of what we do here in Perthshire to customers across the water.

These photos are from our latest visit with Charles Hurst Group at Larchfield Estate, where our instructors swapped our familiar Dunkeld terrain for a different off-road setting. All with the same focus on expert tuition, vehicle knowledge and putting Land Rover capability into practice.

It’s always a highlight in the calendar and a great opportunity to work alongside our retailer partners and meet customers we might not otherwise get to welcome to Scotland.

A big thank you to everyone involved and all our guests who joined us at Larchfield Estate. Until next year!

Still thinking about this one.

Our Auchnafree Trek took us to the highest and steepest tracks in our 2026 calendar, with some incredible climbs, views and proper off-road challenges along the way.

But we’re not finished with the hills just yet.

We still have three Trek Days remaining this year:
31st October – Bolfracks Estate
21st November – Glenturret
12th December – Moonlight Trek

Three very different adventures. From autumn estate tracks to the technical terrain around Loch Turret, before finishing the year with our only evening trek.

Our Defender Trophy has become a pretty distinctive member of the fleet - and it isn’t just here to look good by Butterstone Loch.

Guests joining us for a Half Day or Full Day Defender Experience could have the opportunity to get behind the wheel and take it where a Defender is right at home.

Deep water. Technical obstacles. Forest tracks. Scottish hills.

And that unmistakable yellow making it very easy to spot along the way.

Give them the chance to experience what a Defender can really do.

Our Young Off-Roader experience puts 11–17 year olds in the driver’s seat of a brand-new Defender, with an expert instructor alongside them throughout the experience.

They’ll learn how to approach different terrain, tackle obstacles and get a feel for what it takes to drive off-road - building confidence as they go.

You get to watch them take on something completely new and see just how quickly they get to grips with it.

Young Off-Roader | Ages 11–17 | 1 hour

A driving experience they’ll be talking about long after they hand the keys back.
