We're Hiring – Electrical Contracts Manager
📍 Location: Dungiven
E Kelly Electrical Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead contract delivery across the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for managing safety, quality, and commercial outcomes while working closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
• Oversee electrical contracts from inception to completion
• Manage changes, risks, and variations
Project Leadership
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, plan schedules, and supervise on-site delivery
Technical & Compliance
• Ensure designs and works meet regulatory standards and industry best practices
Health, Safety & Quality
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Financial Control
• Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and cost reporting
• Handle claims efficiently
Client & Stakeholder Liaison
• Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Documentation & Reporting
• Keep accurate progress reports, schedules, and as-built records
Requirements
Essential
• Previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
• Demonstrated electrical experience across domestic, commercial, and industrial environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds)
