In today was a 1.7CDTI Vauxhall Astra for a clutch slave cylinder replacement. On closer inspection of the clutch and flywheel we noticed the clutch was to badly damaged with brake fluid contamination and the flywheel was also in pretty bad shape. We built it up with a new single mass flywheel and new clutch to suit. Also replaced the clutch slave cylinder as originally intended.

Work being done today on Yamaha 550 EFI 4wd

Engine was low on compression so we are putting a full top end rebuild and seal kit. Everything right down to the valve stem oil seals. It’s always fun to get stuck into an engine evry now and then😁

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all our costumers a very happy and successful new year!🥳 it been a brilliant year here at sc auto repairs and can only hope for this year to be even better! 2019 will hopefully bring bigger and better thing for us all. The shed is cleaned and we are ready to get back to work. The workshop will be reopened from 9am tomorrow morning.
