We soon discovered there was an update due for the MIB unit. We downloaded the update and uploaded it successfully. ✅

🏮 2013 Volvo R-Design With Abs Faults 🏮

We recently had this 2013 Volvo with ABS faults on the dash.

Diagnostics carried out revealed fault codes stored for rear wheel speed sensors.

Further checks on the ABS module and live data testing confirmed the rear right sensor was completely faulty 🛑

We sourced a direct replacement sensor and replaced the faulty one ✅

A quick road test and clear of the fault codes confirmed a successful repair—no more ABS lights on the dash! ✅

🚨 MK7 Golf LED Fog Light Retrofit & Custom Wiring 🚨

This Mk7 Golf came down to us recently after getting an upgraded front bumper fitted, but needed the foglights wired up as this golf didn't come with foglights from the factory.

We carried out a full retrofit with a new Euroswitch and a custom made loom for the job.

The Led foglights now act as 'take me home' lights when the car is locked and unlocked.

Customer drove a fair distance to get this done and left happy with results 💯

Recent call-out completed on a 2018 Peugeot Partner 🚗

The van had previously been mapped to remove AdBlue by another company, however the engine management light had returned ⚠️

A full diagnostic check was carried out, revealing multiple stored fault codes (see photo).

The ECU was then safely removed and bench programmed to resolve the issue correctly 🔧

Work carried out:
✅ EGR delete
✅ DPF solution applied
✅ DTC removal to prevent unnecessary fault detection

ECU refitted and vehicle re-scanned — all fault codes cleared with no issues ✅

⏱️ Completed in under 45 minutes with a reliable, clean solution

🚗 2016 2.0 Toyota Avensis in for diagnostics

Customer came in with a parking brake fault showing on the dash ❌

After carrying out full diagnostics, we found the issue was actually not related to the parking brake, but instead linked to DPF & EGR faults 🔍
This one required bench mode work, where we applied in less than 30 minutes:
✅ DPF solution
✅ EGR solution
✅ Eco map for improved MPG
Once completed, we carried out a full road test & live data logging 📊
