WE ARE HIRING - SALES EXECUTIVE (USED CARS AND VANS)
Gibbs Vehicle Sales specialises in the sale of nearly-new and used Cars and Vans.
Our journey began in August 2010, when our vehicle hire side of the business started trading . We have built a good reputation in the local area with 99% of our customers saying they would recommend us to friends and family (JudgeService).
As our growth continues, we are now looking to expand our Sales Team and appoint a new Sales Executive to help sell our large stock of used cars and vans.
As Sales Executive you will be responsible for every aspect of the sales process creating a first class customer journey throughout the whole process.
An excellent customer journey is at the heart of what we do. You will build a rapport and full understanding of our customer needs in order to match the customer to the right vehicle and fully guide them through the sales process.
Duties include:
Maximising Profit by adhering to the sales process and achieving monthly KPI’s for unit sales, profit per unit, finance pe*******on and add-on products whilst maintaining high levels of FCA compliance.
Keep up to date and maintain an understanding of all products by researching their features and capabilities as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models.
Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales orders; explain provisions; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and handover of the vehicle.
Perform walk-arounds with new and old customers and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles and ensure that customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty upon handover.
Establish and maintain the follow-up procedure in accordance with the sales process and CRM system
Update own job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, sales meetings and training provided by the company
Competencies and Experience required:
Previous experience of sales in a customer facing environment is essential, preferably in vehicle sales.
You will have excellent proven selling, negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to build up and develop rapport and trust with Customer.
Experience of working within a regulated / process orientated environment.
Excellent customer service skills
Good Administration skills (ability to use MS Word & Excel)
Full UK driving licence required
