🔧 Ford Fiesta in for Clutch Replacement

This Ford Fiesta was recovered to us after losing all drive. On inspection, we found the clutch drive plate had completely failed, leaving the vehicle unable to move under its own power.

We supplied and fitted a new 3-piece LuK clutch kit, restoring the vehicle back to full working order and getting it safely back on the road for our customer. 🚗💨

🚗 Another Ford Fiesta EcoBoost in for a Wet Belt Kit!

This customer booked their Fiesta in at just the right time — leaving it any longer could have resulted in serious engine damage.

While stripping the vehicle down to access the timing belt, we noticed several teeth were already missing from the belt. Once removed, it was clear the belt was well overdue for replacement there was a total of 9 teeth missing😮

⚠️ Even more concerning, belt material had started breaking down and blocking the engine oil pick-up pipe.

We thoroughly cleaned the affected areas and fitted a brand-new wet belt kit, including a new water pump, getting the vehicle back to a reliable and safe condition.

A prime example of why we’re different from the rest 👌

This Transit Custom came into us for a wet belt kit. The belt had previously been done elsewhere, but unfortunately it hadn’t been done to a standard we’d be happy with.

There was silicone absolutely everywhere around the engine and sump, and the timing cover was leaking. After having a proper look, we also found that the wrong timing cover had been fitted, meaning it was never going to seal properly.

We ordered all the correct genuine parts through our local Ford dealership and got stuck into it.

Everything was stripped down and thoroughly cleaned, removing all the old oil and excess silicone before fitting the correct parts and sealing everything properly.

It’s not always just about replacing the parts — it’s about doing the job properly and taking the time to get everything right. 👍

💨Mk6 Fiesta – turbo charged, came in for a new billet flywheel, 5-puck clutch and custom pressure plate.

🚗Fiesta EcoBoost – in for a turbo replacement.

🛠️ Toyota Hilux – in for an air-con pump and auxiliary belt replacement.

❌ Collapsed auxiliary belt tensioner bearing
❌ Excessive play in the crankshaft pulley

Another fiesta in for a Wet belt kit🚗

We will only genuine parts on these engines.

These engines are notorious for cracking, snapping/stripping teeth off the belt itself and blocking the oil pump pick up pipe, in return starves the engine of oil and can seize.

it’s worth having it checked out if you own one.
