We are an Award Winning Business offering a comprehensive range of Servicing, Mot & Repair Facilities as well as Supplying a wide range of Quality Used Cars at competitive prices. Our original premises housed only two ramps before we expand

ed into two units in February 2013 with continued growth resulting in our re-location in May 2017 to a substantial purpose built facility. Our New location extends to over 8000 square feet between two Units and has a new Class 4 & 7 MOT Lane with and additional Four Ramps, Tyre Bay and Diagnostic Bay. This extends to a modern workshop with a fresh reception, customer viewing areas and an internal used car showroom.

Service Advisor – MM Auto Services Ltd
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy and growing motor repair team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and maintenance
Providing clear and accurate updates on vehicle progress
Preparing estimates and invoices
Liaising with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role (motor trade experience preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good IT and administrative skills
A professional and friendly manner
