The last bits of metal work on the Honda

This was an awkward section to make as it runs really close to the glass on the tailgate but with careful cuts and slow welds I got the shape nice and flush

Inside of the arches,quarters and underneath have been painted in epoxy primer too

Here’s another big job that was just completed here

The Skoda fabia vrs that needed a fair amount of welding work and some new panels

Once the vehicle was being stripped and ready for the new sills to go on I noticed the floor pan and inner arches were rotten so these areas were fabricated up and the new sills were welded in

The customer provided new wings and a good second hand tailgate which was sprayed and fitted here

The car then got a full machine polish and it left looking absolutely mint.these vrs are getting harder to find in this condition

Here’s a big job I completed last week

This Honda needed lots of welding to the usual areas,the worst being the inner arches.both sides had completely gone so I made up some sections and got to it

It needed sills and parts of the floor pan too but these weren’t too difficult to make

Once it was welded up the underside was sealed and painted,inner arches were all
coated up too so it’s got loads of protection from the bad weathers here!

Then finally once all that was done I painted both quarters so it left looking nice and fresh

Lots of fabrication work to finish this drivers side lower quarter and sill on the Crx but that’s all the rust cut out and one side all sorted now.The new inner arch lips have been sealed and painted from the inside out too so no moisture can ever effect it and all the steel work was finished in an epoxy primer
