CBC Autobody, a trusted name in quality collision repair and service, is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our front office team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skill and a passion for helping customers in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in person and over the phone
Schedule repair appointments and update customer records
handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
assist with insurance documentation and repair updates
maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, invoicing support
Requirements

Previous experience in reception, administrative environment preferred but not essential (full training provided)
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment

🥶DRY ICE BLASTING🥶

Whilst everyone has been pushing themselves through the January blues, your friendly neighbourhood bodyshop has been building and preparing for an incoming cold front.

From the beginning of March, we will be opening our purpose built dry ice blasting facility🥶 aimed purely at cleaning and maintaining your pride and joy. Using the latest equipment and highest quality of dry ice on the market.

Our staff have been through specialist training courses to ensure the highest quality of work is carried out as well as the existing knowledge and training of vehicle bodywork and finishing. Alongside our already existing state of the art bodyshop, we will be able to offer a complete package from start to finish, vehicle undercarriage wheels/wheels arches , engine bays anywhere there is contamination we can remove it! including various options of aftercare.

Thanks to all the support recently but we have no current repair spaces for trade / customers until end of January 2024. our insurance side will still operate as usual but anything other than claims we will not be able to process until next year.

we have some shop upgrades planned for 2024 to help make the repair process more streamline for our customers. we will be shut in December for these upgrades too.

CBC Autobody is looking for an apprentice Paint Shop Operative who is enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills, with on the job training provided.

CBC Autobody is a fast growing and exciting bodyshop carrying out a high standard of work on vehicle's both vintage and modern vehicles and parts.

With a keen eye for detail and a hands on approach, the day to day job role will include, but not limited to:

• Wet spraying

• Masking

• Job and paint preperation

• Housekeeping duties

• Maintaining a tidy workspace

• Paint mixing and adjustment

Applicants should have the following attributes:

• Be a good team player

• Forward thinking

• Be able to take their initiative

• Fast paced to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining our professional standard

• Have a keen eye for detail

• Be punctual and willing to do overtime occasionally

No previous experience or qualifications are necessary and school leavers welcome. Interest in cars is preferred.
