We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Team Leader in our Petrol Station in Dumfries to be a part of our future growth.

8AM-2PM

* Must be flexible with shifts

* Must be 18 or over due to selling alcohol

* Must hold a current driving license

The role involves:
Overseeing the staff team when on shift.
Responsible for ensuring the rota is covered for holidays etc.
Fuel Deliveries
Booking in stock when deliveries come in.
Watching and monitoring the store and forecourt ensuring customers have a great experience.

· Authorising fuel pumps, serving customers and being responsible for cash handing / card payments.

· Assisting with stock control and management within the store including accepting and checking new deliveries, re-stocking shelves, rotating stock, date checking and ensuring the store is fully stocked at all times.

· Providing general advice and guidance to customers on shop products, services and offers.

· General cleaning and housekeeping within the store.

· Awareness of security in the store including looking out for shoplifters, fraudulent money and fraudulent bank cards.

About you:
Required to complete tanker training which will be provided by the company.
· Previous experience within a petrol station or retail environment required
· Fully flexible to work a variety of shifts including early starts and late finishes
· Willing to provide support and cover for holidays and sickness when required
· A passion for delivering world class service
· An excellent work ethic and ability to use own initiative
· A positive attitude and professional demeanor
· A friendly and engaging personality
· A strong desire to learn and develop

Job Type: 38 Hour Contract per week

Contract length: 12 months

Expected Start Date: 07/03/23

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £11.50 per hour
