Bmw 118d in for a service and to diagnose a engine management light, a quick check of live data and we could see the high pressure due to restriction, someone had previously deleted the egr valve and as a result the dpf overheated and collapsed, dpf sorted and remapped to suit, crank pulley also about to let go so new one installed and ready for the road again

Mercedes c250 in for a service, the owner also said he had to top up the water every so ofter so we pressurised the system and could quickly see the leek coming from one of the radiator hoses, new hose and refilled with coolant and it was ready for the road again.

This Discovery was in recently with a EGR valve issue a few adjustments made and it was ready to go, the customer also decided to go for a performance remap while we were at it, estimated power gains of 50hp and 80lb/ft of torque makes this a completely different vehicle to drive with sharper power all the way threw the rev range.
