Another MK7 Fiesta ST180 in for our forever popular Timing Belt and Waterpump package and general healthcheck

Mk3 Focus ST250 Delivered with a missfire, upon Diagnosis we found cylinder 1 hand only 50psi of compression, replacement engine or rebuild needed

Another one we did recently for our good friend at MT Automotive & Mobile Mechanic Services, this was one of his personal vehicles he didnt have time to be on with

So we supplied and fitted a low milage Replacement Engine whilst fitting the engine we also replaced -
Timing belt, Oil pump belt, Waterpump, All gaskets and seals, cleaned the oil pump, turbo gauze and vacuum pump and a full service including antifreeze flush, no expense spared👌

Once back together we noticed it had a tpms fault due to upgrading to Fiesta ST alloys, so we coded them out and now this lovely fiesta is once again back on the road in full health😎

Pair of Fiesta's in recently for the dreaded wetbelts
2 very different ends of the scale🤔

1st been 110k miles on the original belt but a blocked oil pump due to the belt been excessively delaminated.
2nd been a 66k fiesta with full service history a great condition belt and minimal debris🤷‍♂️

Both examples showing that when service correctly they do last, both fitted with new belt kits and back out the door for trouble free motoring🚗💨

Still got it, when it comes to these focus's👨‍🔧

◾️Alfies focus st in for replacement driveshafts, locking wheel nut removal and check over.

◾️Liams focus st in for Oil Filter Housing, Service, Rear Drop Links, Fuel rail Sensor and Coilpack, whilst with us he figured he may aswell buy the sports cat we had on shelf

Stunning Molton Orange S280 powered Fiesta ST in with us for a full brake service due to customer been concerned the brakes where binding.
We carried out a full brake strip and clean front and rear preventing any further binding and allowing the vehicle to roll freely👨‍🔧

Rorys Focus st in for pair of driveshafts as advised on previous visit due to the original boots been torn and leaking grease...a replacement driver side hub ended up been needed as the original shaft was that badly siezed in place unfortunatly we couldnt get it removed but never the less, we got the job done and the car back to the customer😎

Laird performance stage 2 tuned fiesta st in recently for Timing belt and Waterpump change altho it'd only covered just over 40k miles the belt was actually due on age and this owner aims to keep this car in top condition

Whilst down at the workshop they also asked us to fit there powerflex rear subframe bushes
Another stunning example kept in top condition by ourself yet again👌
