🚨DRIFT COACH WANTED🚨
We’re expanding our coaching roster.
National Drift Academy is looking to bring an additional competition-level Drift Coach into our team to support current and future coaching days.
This role is suited to a Pro or Pro2 licensed driver who is passionate about drifting.
What we’re looking for:
Active competition driver
Pro or PRO 2 who can demonstrate their ability to execute technical driving and display a good understanding of their technique
Strong technical understanding of drift cars and setup
Ability to coach beginners and intermediate drivers confidently
Calm, clear communicator with strong people skills
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Team player who represents the NDA brand to a high standard
Passionate about delivering the best possible coaching experience
No previous coaching experience required as full training on our coaching program.
The role:
Per-day coaching on NDA drift days
Typically 1 weekend per month initially, with scope to increase
Coaching delivered within a structured technical programme, with freedom to adapt to individual drivers
Occasional involvement in content and media
Very well paid per coaching day
