Well what can I say. April 2021 was were it all started.
I have worked hard and achieved my dream job. Its been a tough road and life hasn't been easy.
I have absolutely loved every minute of it, even through the really tough parts.
But I have made a decision.

As of today I am no longer teaching people to drive. I am taking a step back to enjoy my children while they are still young.

This hopefully isn't goodbye to my dream Job, just a break.

Thank you to everyone that has supported me and helped through the last 2 1/2 years.

A special thanks to Instructor with Red Driving School Rob.

And thank you to all my students over that time, here's to many happy years of driving.

So goodbye for now.....

Tackling the driving test waiting times with more test appointments
To help tackle the high driving test waiting times, DVSA is making around 150,000 additional test appointments available over the next 6 months. DVSA are doing this by deploying more trained staff to carry out driving tests full time up to 31 March 2024.
How ADI testing and standards checks will be affected
During this time DVSA will significantly reduce the number of standards checks and will continue to offer ADI part 2 and 3 tests.
We will continue to monitor driving test performance whilst prioritising car driving tests.
Putting the additional tests on the booking service
On Monday 2 October, DVSA will start to add these extra appointments to the booking service. This will cover test appointments for 6 October to 3 November.
It will take a few days for all the appointments to be added.
Then on 16 October, DVSA will start to add appointments for 4 November to 18 November.
Again, it will take a few days for all the appointments to be added.
This will be repeated every 2 weeks. For example, DVSA will add more appointments on 30 October, 13 November and so on.
DVSA will continue to do this until additional appointments are available up to 31 March 2024.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth Il
We are very sorry to learn of the passing of Queen Elizabeth Il.
She was a truly remarkable woman and an inspiration to so many people.
