** IMPORTANT UPDATE **

The weather has been causing havoc everywhere, we have not escaped its reach. We are currently experiencing a power cut which will cause major disruption tomorrow if we are not back online. We are not the only business on the estate to be affected. The fault has been reported and we await news. We are supplied by overhead electricity power cables which are susceptible to the ailments, windy conditions especially.

If you are trying to make contact with us, please:
- Firstly try the phones (01305 269999) and leave a message with your name and phone number so we can pick it up and get back to you as soon as we can.
- Secondly, please email us your enquiry to [email protected].
- Lastly, send us a Facebook Message via Messenger.

Please try to refrain from coming down to the Garage as we can not make, check or amend bookings whilst the power is down. The workshop Ramps, Lighting and power tools, MOT Test equipment, etc require electricity to work, not to mention the Kettle to keep the team in warm cups of Tea / Coffee and Reception staff in hot water bottles.

If you have been notified that your vehicle is ready to collect, please collect promptly as we may need to close early if the situation can not, and is not likely to be rectified. Whilst we should be able to take card payments for a while, we may ask if you can settle your bill either via online Banking or cash on collection.

Regrettably, if the power outage continues throughout the day, it may be necessary to postpone your booking and re-arrange as soon as possible. If this happens, we will seek to honour the bookings that have been postponed before taking on new bookings.

We would be really grateful that even though this situation is very frustrating, it is out of our control and please be courteous with our Team who will try their very best to help you with the limited resources that they may have.

It is that time of year again when we close for a week to give our hard working team a much needed break. We will be closing promptly this afternoon but will be back on Monday 28th July 2025 at 8am.

We are back up & running with power again. Please bear with us as we try to rebook those that had to be cancelled. We are very busy in the lead up to Christmas so please don’t leave it until the last minute to book. Thank you

The weather is making it very difficult to get to us today. We have called the customers booked in to request that they stay at home until we update them as we also have a power cut after the overhead electricity cables have blown. We will contact all customers booked once we have power and are operational. Please also note the phone lines and internet are both down. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by matters out of our control.
