Today, MHServicing carried out some MOT advisory work as requested by the customer.

We replaced the front discs and brake pads, along with a drop link, ensuring everything was brought back up to standard. Following this, we gave this little Nissan Note a full service.

All work was completed using top-quality parts supplied by a trusted local supplier. 🚗🔧

Another job completed on this 2015 Vauxhall Corsa 🔧

Customer brought the car in with rough running and the engine management light on. As always, we started with a full inspection before carrying out any work — and it’s a good job we did 👀

During inspection we found:
• Split exhaust just before the O2 sensor
• Water leak from the engine water fl**ge
• Main fault causing rough running — failed coil pack

After diagnosing all issues, we advised the customer and got the go-ahead to carry out the necessary repairs. All faulty parts were replaced and the car is now running as it should again ✅

Another repair completed by MH Servicing 🔧🚐

This Ford Transit came in after failing its MOT. The issue was a fractured rear leaf spring along with a rear wheel bearing that was also starting to fail.

Both parts have now been replaced and the van is back on the road running as it should.

🚗 Vehicle Repair by MH Servicing

This Mitsubishi L200 came into the workshop with a rear brake issue. After carrying out a full inspection, we identified the problem as a failed rear brake cylinder.

The failure caused brake fluid to leak onto the rear brake shoes, which can seriously reduce braking performance and safety. The faulty cylinder and contaminated components were replaced to restore the braking system to proper working condition.

If you notice any changes in your braking performance, don’t ignore it — get it checked as soon as possible.

🚗 Another Job Completed by MH Servicing! 🔧

A Volvo XC60 came into MH Servicing with a noise coming from the front passenger side. After carrying out a full inspection, we discovered that the front suspension spring had snapped.

The replacement part was quickly sourced and delivered within a few hours, allowing us to get straight to work. The new spring was fitted and everything checked over to make sure the car was safe and running as it should.

Before long, the Volvo was back on the road and reunited with its owner. Another happy customer and another safe vehicle! 👍

🔧 Another problem solved! 🔧

A customer brought in their Toyota van because the gear lever was extremely hard to move. After a thorough inspection, we traced the issue to one of the gear lever cables.

To fix it properly, we had to disassemble the lower half of the dashboard to access and remove the cables, then lubricate the moving parts to get everything operating smoothly again.

It’s always satisfying to track down the real cause of a problem and get our customer back on the road with confidence. If your vehicle isn’t feeling quite right, don’t ignore it — small issues can turn into big ones!

🔧 Pre-MOT Check Completed 🚗

We had a customer drop their car in with us for a pre-MOT inspection, and after carrying out a thorough check we advised them of the following items that will need attention before the MOT:

✅ Lower front ball joint
✅ Headlight bulb replacement

🚗 Customer Care Comes First 🚗

A customer recently came back to us after noticing a noise from the rear of their vehicle, around 6 months after a rear wheel bearing was fitted.

After a quick inspection, it was clear the part was starting to fail. We immediately ordered a replacement and had it fitted as soon as possible to get them safely back on the road.

We stand by our work and always act fast when an issue arises — your safety and peace of mind matter to us. 👍
