Introducing Andy, a Technical Support Representative at FLP!
Andy works closely with bodyshops and Smart Repairers, providing expert support and guidance to help customers get the very best results from our products. With hands-on industry experience and a strong technical background, he plays a key role in helping customers overcome challenges and find effective solutions.
🕛 How long have they been in the industry?
Andy joined the industry as an apprentice over 24 years ago and has since built extensive experience working across both bodyshops and dealerships. This journey has given them a deep understanding of the repair process, customer requirements and the day-to-day challenges faced by technicians.

Their expertise lies in helping customers achieve the best possible results with our products. Whether it's providing technical advice, troubleshooting issues or recommending the right solution for a specific application, they are passionate about supporting customers and ensuring successful outcomes.
What do they enjoy most about their role?
Helping customers solve problems and seeing the positive results their advice can deliver. They enjoy sharing their knowledge and working alongside customers to make their jobs easier and more efficient.
And outside of work?
When he’s not at work, Andy can usually be found exploring new cities around the world, working on building motorbikes, or spending time with family.
