A GREAT REVIEW Where to start with this amazing company! My husband rang Andy in the morning as the perfect car popped up by sheer luck! We were already travelling by train from Cornwall to view a car that we weren’t 100% sure on. The moment my husband saw the car online he rang and explained our situation and of course being on the train the phone signal wasn’t ideal, but the patience and understanding given to this set the bar very high from the start. We arrived at the station and got straight into a taxi and we were greeted upon arrival by Andy with a huge grin and warm welcome. By this time it was already gone 4pm and the time was ticking away. We did a quick test drive and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had.

When we returned to the forecourt we were introduced to each member of staff and offered a drink while we began finalising the paperwork. This is where we ran into a problem with the original finance company, but the incredible Julie stepped in and took matters into her own hands. Andy and Julie stayed on for nearly 2 hours past closing time to ensure we had the best deal possible and could drive away that day! And also insisted we let him know that we made it home safely!

The care, consideration and customer service we were shown was beyond our hopes. Thank you so much to this brilliant team! Tasha and Lee
