💪 WHAT A MONDAY AT ROYAL CONVERSION! 👑

Our amazing boys have been back at it today, rebuilding workbenches and getting our working areas ready for the next step. More tools are on the way, and more stock has been ordered to replace what we lost. 🔧📦

A massive thank you to our suppliers for helping us with quick deliveries. Every delivery makes a difference and helps us keep moving forward!

We’re also delighted that our neighbours’ power has been restored—the lights are back on at DDC’s MOT station in Unit 1! 🙌 Our internet is now restored too, giving us another important piece of our working day back.

So much has happened in such a short time, and it’s thanks to the effort, determination and teamwork of our fantastic team. Boys, I couldn’t be prouder of you. ❤️

There’s still work ahead, but today was a productive day with real progress. Workbench by workbench, delivery by delivery, we’re rebuilding and moving Royal Conversion forward.

The strength of this company is its people—and our people are incredible. 👑

👑 WE’RE FLYING WITH A BROKEN WING — BUT OUR DIRECTION HASN’T CHANGED.

This week was meant to be about expansion. And despite everything that has happened, it still is.

Royal Conversion has acquired all the moulds from Brechley Conversion Ltd. Yesterday and today, we’ve been collecting them from London, moving forward with the plans we had already put in place. 🚛

We’re now offering bodies and windows on a supply-only, takeaway basis for Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit ice cream van conversions.

Royal Conversion is built on much more than workshop space. It’s built on a skilled team, established departments, trusted suppliers, loyal customers and a clear vision for the future.

The fire has caused real losses. But the structure behind this business remains strong, and our response is already taking shape:

🏭 We’re seeking a short-term warehouse lease in Doncaster to replace the workspace we’ve lost.
👷 We’re hiring THREE new team members this month.
🛠️ New tools and materials are arriving as we reorganise our working areas.
🚐 Our expansion plans are moving forward.

To anyone who thinks this setback creates an opportunity to count us out: don’t confuse damage to a building with weakness in a business.

Our answer is in our actions. We’re investing, recruiting, collecting moulds and preparing for the next stage of Royal Conversion.

Even the little ones are here keeping our spirits high ❤️ Behind every build is a team, a family and a determination that no setback can take away.

This week has tested us, but every box through the door is another step forward. We’re rebuilding, investing and pushing ahead — because making it happen is what we do!

The challenge is tough. Our determination is stronger.

👑 A FEW SCARS. STILL ROYAL.

Our sign made it out of the fire almost in one piece. A little battered, carrying a few more marks than before… but our name and crown are still there, standing proud.

Looking at it today means more than we can explain. That sign represents years of hard work, long days, big dreams and a team that puts its heart into everything we build.

The losses are real. These past few days have been hard. But all around us, there are people rolling up their sleeves, moving equipment, organising materials and finding ways to keep going. That is the strength of Royal Conversion. ❤️

We were going to say, “We’re coming back.”
But actually… WE NEVER LEFT. WE ARE HERE! 💪👑

Still working. Still building. Still excited about what comes next. And still determined to bring the ROYAL EVOLUZIONE to life.

Thank you to everyone standing beside us. Every call, message, donation and offer of help has given us another reason to push forward.

To everyone who has called, messaged or tried to get in touch — thank you. The phone has been ringing non-stop all day, and the support we’ve received since the fire has meant more than we can put into words.

We haven’t managed to reply to everyone individually yet, but please know how much we appreciate every message, every offer of help and every word of encouragement.

A special thank you to everyone who has donated to our fundraiser or shared it. Your generosity is helping us take the next steps towards rebuilding, and we are truly grateful. 🙏

It’s been a difficult couple of days, but you’ve reminded us that we’re not facing this alone.

After one of the hardest days we’ve faced, we’re going to get some rest… or at least try! ❤️

Tomorrow morning, we’re meeting with our boys to put a plan together and start the rebuild. Tools and stock can be replaced. The spirit, skill and determination of this team are still here. 💪

This is a setback, not a stop.

We’ve got customers to look after, vans to build and the ROYAL EVOLUZIONE to launch! 👑🇮🇹 Nothing has changed about our ambition.

Thank you to everyone who has called, messaged and offered help. Your support means more than we can say. Our thoughts tonight are also with our teammate in hospital—we’re all wishing him a speedy recovery. ❤️

There’s still plenty of fire in our hearts. Tomorrow, we turn that determination into action.

❤️ An update from Royal Conversion

First and most importantly, everyone made it out of the fire. One of our team is currently in hospital after trying to save the workshop. Our thoughts are with him and his family, and we are hoping for a full and speedy recovery. People come first—everything else can be replaced.

Sadly, several vehicles have been lost, along with a large amount of tools and stock. It has been a difficult day for all of us.

We have been overwhelmed by your calls, messages and offers of help. There are simply too many to reply to individually right now, but please know that we appreciate every single one of you. Thank you for standing by us.

We have already spoken with suppliers, and replacement stock is on its way. Thankfully, we have five other units to work from. Tomorrow, the team and I will come together to put a new working plan in place and begin moving forward.

There is work ahead, but our determination is stronger than ever. This is a setback, and we will get through it together.

We are coming back stronger. 👑💪
