The new generation 3x single tourneo seats going into a brand new Mercedes Vito will be all complete next week

We’ve previously fitted these seats in a Vito but was a earlier year van, the floor in these has to be raised 48mm to flush the brackets into the floor

This customer has opted for half a floor (crew cab style) as will be using the van for work as well as family ect we are also going to be adding a couple of things to make the front half a little more comfortable, suitable for rear passengers and less of a work van while still maintaining more of a work van style conversion

Sound deadened and insulated

Ply lined

Sealed and taped

Seat belts fully mounted

Seatbelt reel covers made to be removable

12mm ply floor bonded down not screwed

Factory style deep threshold steps

Nearly black altro Lino flooring

Anthracite carpet lining

2x flush black shell LED down lights

Half bulkhead cut down further to allow drivers seat to sit further back

Half bulkhead trimmed and edged

Bulkhead brackets removed

2x flush twin USB/typeC charging sockets

2x opening windows

Sliding door lower panels trimmed

Access door in bulkhead

2+1 seating fitted

Existing ply lining recut and fitted behind our conversion

After this customer had taken his upper bulkhead out and drove the van around he soon realised how bad a open van really is so that’s why he chose our crew cab package the only issue with that is sometimes with his job he needs the full length of the van so that’s where our bespoke built access doors come in. Personalised to each customer to suit there exact needs from this bespoke option. Our doors are easily removed by rotating 4 gravely catches and the same to refit. The lower part of the door sits between both floors and the 100mm boarder allows the door to slot in and sit tightly against the bulkhead. This then gives the best of both worlds a work/business area and a leisure/family separation with option of using the full length of the van when needed
