🤞🏼 This X5 customer had a lucky day. 🤞🏼
Customer booked in for 2 front tyres but when checking the rears before putting on the ramp we would feel and see an issue.
The visible outside of the tyre looked fine, tread wasn't yet illegal but we never let that fool us.
Once the wheel was off we were able to show the customer exactly what was going on and they would see this had been hiding on the inside edge because of an alignment issue.

⏰ Tick Tick Boom 💥
This was one very lucky customer. A wheel alignment issue and a massive bubble that was ready to pop.
Unfortunately the lock nut key had gone missing 🫣 but a lock nut removal was done and replaced with wheel bolts.

Call outs available over the weekend for emergencies on the usual number.

In for a quick wheel alignment after new track rod ends were fitted.
We love have something a little bit different on the ramp.
