Massive shoutout to the team for absolutely smashing it — the main workshop has had a full deep clean and is getting a fresh new look 🤜🏻🔥

With our dedicated cleaning and Lanoguard - Underbody Rust Protection bay almost ready for our clients, it was only right we levelled up the main workshop too ✅

We’re raising standards across the board and we’re just getting started 🚀

Don’t leave it till there is a problem before you have this checked, chances are if it’s left until a problem occurs it’s often too late for the gearbox

5 WHOLE YEARS 🚙

As the year comes to the end, this week we celebrate a HUGE 5 years of Thirteen05 Garage, 5 years since we picked up the keys to the Dobwalls site and started to make a life for us!!

We won’t lie, it wasn’t and hasn’t been easy, many tears have been shared, mistakes have been made and every week has been a learning process however, we have worked so hard to build something we as a team are really proud of 🙌🏼

We have truly made some special friends along the way, we’ve also lost some but, without the support from all of you, we wouldn’t of got to where we are now 🙏🏼

So here’s a super gooey post from us to say, thank you. Thank you for supporting our small business, supporting our family and being our reason 🖤

I know we keep “bleating” on about Lanoguard - Underbody Rust Protection but it really is wonder juice 👌🏻

This T5 was particularly dirty and very very flaky underneath.

All plastics removed from underside ✅
Full power wash on the underside✅
Dry ✅
Wire brush and clean again ✅
Motogrease all the leading edges✅
Multiple coats of Langaurd, concentrating on this hard to access areas ✅
Dry again ✅

Clean all the underside plastics and wait for the wonder juice to dry off a bit✅

Time for a well earned cuppa 👌🏻

Did we go a little mad on coating this 🤷‍♂️
(it was a bit crusty 🤪)
Maybe, buts a really clean van that is 1000% worth the time and effort to protect from the elements and British road salt etc.

Another year and the conversation would have definitely involved some welding ❌
