🔧 STAGE 1 REMAP — BMW 118D M SPORT 🔧
This blue F20 118d came in for a Stage 1 remap, and the 2.0 diesel didn't hang about giving up its hidden potential.
Before: 143 BHP / 320 Nm
After: 190 BHP / 400 Nm
That's a solid +47 BHP and +80 Nm of torque — a huge transformation in drivability, especially where it counts most with a diesel: mid-range pull and overtaking punch.
Smoother, stronger, and more responsive, all without touching the internals. Just precision ECU tuning to get the most out of what BMW left on the table.

Another stunning white M2 through the workshop today, and this S55 twin-turbo straight-six didn't disappoint once we unlocked its potential.
Before: 410 BHP / 550 Nm
After: 500 BHP / 680 Nm
That's a massive +90 BHP and +130 Nm of torque, all from our Stage 1 remap — no hardware changes needed. Just pure ECU tuning to bring out what this M Power engine was always capable of.

Another amazing car in for tuning a Porsche Macan 2.0T

The vehicle arrived with a RaceChip tuning box fitted, which we removed before carrying out a proper custom remap. After live data testing on the road, we calibrated the ECU via OBD using AutoTuner for smooth, reliable power delivery.

How much is a remap? We get asked this all the time.

The honest answer is — it depends on the vehicle.

Stage 1 remaps start from £250, but there’s more to it than simply plugging in and loading a file.

Every vehicle should be checked properly first. Diagnostics, health checks, and making sure everything is right before any tuning starts.

That’s how you get the best result — smoother power, better drivability, and no unnecessary problems later on.

Ford Kuga in with ongoing DPF troubles at one of our trade customers.

The vehicle had already had a full DPF clean along with a replacement vapouriser, but faults still remained and the system would not reset despite the DPF being clean.

We attended site, carried out further diagnostics and programming, found the root cause, and got everything sorted.

DPF system now operating exactly as it should.

Volkswagen Transporter in with an SOS warning showing on the dash.

After diagnosing the fault, we found the internal SOS backup battery hidden behind the dash had failed. Removed and replaced with a new unit, then coded correctly to the vehicle.

While on site, we also fitted the customer’s new main battery and registered that at the same time.

Fault found, repaired, and sorted properly.

BMW 530e in for a Stage 1 remap along with a gearbox map.

These hybrid setups respond really well when done properly — smoother power delivery, stronger pull through the rev range, and a much more refined driving experience overall.

Paired with the gearbox calibration, shifts are quicker, better timed, and actually match the added power instead of fighting it.

Two Mercedes. Two very different jobs.

First up, A200d in with EGR issues — diagnosed properly and an EGR solution carried out to get it running as it should.

Then onto the SLK 200 1.8T for a Stage 1 remap — sharper throttle, more power, and a much better drive all round.
