Looking for an experienced vehicle technician/mechanic to work in a friendly, independent garage near Diss, Norfolk.

Requirements:
job experience
driving license
Comfortable with diagnostics
To work on all makes of vehicle
To carry out all aspects of vehicle servicing and repair
Mot tester if possible
Opportunities for further training available
References must be available.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Role: Administration Assistant
Lopham vehicle services

Permanent –40hrs per week.

Holiday pay and pension

We are looking for someone with good IT and interpersonal skills who can work well in a small team and is experienced in a range of administrative duties. You will also need to be adaptable/flexible and be able to problem solve, presenting ideas and potential solutions.

As the successful candidate you will be an excellent communicator and organiser with great enthusiasm whilst being able to deal with the following:

• Ensure new enquiries are handled efficiently to provide an outstanding service
• Ensure existing customer needs are met, referring complex issues as necessary
• Able to input on internal computer systems
• Able to run SAGE or willing to learn
• Deal with customer enquiries and complaints
• Able to run a workload diary for staff within the business
• Chase outstanding debts
• Able to monitor and order stock as required.
• Work with outside suppliers in relation to sourcing parts as required
• Able to create monthly statements and invoices for customers
• Monitor and maintain staffing levels during holiday periods

This is a varied role so an appetite to learn and take on responsibility is a must! Coaching and support will of course be provided as appropriate.
