This iconic classic mk2 Astra GTE 16v was another returning customer

We helped fully restore this car over 14 years ago 👀

And it still looks this good 😊

In for some light recommissioning due to not being used for the past few years

A replacement fuel pump , fuel filter along with fuel hoses

We also removed the upgraded camshafts and install standard cams so it running better than ever ✅

A replacement timing belt and water pump with new coolant was also fitted ✅

Lastly we replaced all 4 shocks and coil springs to ensure a smooth ride 👌

Another returning customer ⭐

This vehicle was left with us for a few weeks after we diagnosed it previously requiring a replacement engine

And engine was sourced from a reputable breaker with warranty

We carried out the replacement, swapping over all ancillaries, and all components that were required due to getting a “bare engine”

All gaskets, seals and fluids etc replaced

Extended road test ✅

This beautiful F80 BMW M3 had a noise from the rear suspension

I’m not surprised !!!!😳

Both rear coil springs had snapped … this is due to age and fatigue

A pair of genuine BMW springs were fitted with a 2 year warranty!!

This lovely performance saloon is back at its best 💪💪

If the cambelt fails … this can cause catastrophic engine failure 😨

Lovely little Mini Cooper for major service
Using genuine oil and top quality FEBI filters and NGK spark plugs

Also customer is unable to lock/unlock the car so we looked into this also

Using out genuine BMW/Mini software we were able to diagnose that the remote receiver is at fault causing the issue

Customer will return for a few items that we found on the service and for us to rectify the remote receiver

BMW X1 2.0D

We recovered this vehicle in for an awful knocking noise coming from the engine 🔨

This vehicle had been recently serviced at another garage but prior to this … the vehicle hadn’t been serviced for a few years 🤦‍♂️

Unfortunately the oil had turned to a “tar like substance “ 🌚

Therefore not lubricating the engine properly and caused bearing failure ! 😨

We looked into the oil filter to check for debris

Confirmed engine bearing failure due to the amount of metal filings found in the filter

A replacement engine required for this vehicle

BMW 220D in for “Drivetrain warning”

We carried out diagnostics using genuine BMW software and found x2 faults

Swirl flap fault
DPF soot count exceeded fault

we narrowed down the main fault to be with the swirl flaps “jammed “ which was also causing the diesel particulate filter “DPF” to not be automatically regenerating

So with a new genuine BMW intake manifold with swirl flaps replaced we could then force a static DPF regeneration ! 💪 💨

Soot count was then less than half of the original count meaning thousands of pounds 💰 were saved for the customer as this vehicle has almost 170k miles on the clock and on the original DPF !

This BMW 420i suffered a breakdown due to a coolant pipe failing !! 💦

We recovered the vehicle and brought it back to the workshop for diagnosis

Found a plastic coolant pipe had failed which is unfortunately buried under the intake manifold

A new genuine BMW pipe was fitted along with genuine BMW coolant , cooling system bled and checked for any other leaks

Car handed back to the happy customer 😊 🔧
