I’M BACK — AND THIS TIME, IT’S MORE THAN JUST REMAPPING.
Over the last while, I stepped back from promoting my services because I got stuck into a new contract and, quite honestly, barely had time to work on my own vehicles — never mind anyone else’s.
And ironically, that gave me a completely different perspective.
I found myself using independent garages, main dealers and parts suppliers just like everyone else.
And I quickly realised something…
Finding someone you can genuinely TRUST with your vehicle isn’t always easy.
I was being advised that certain parts needed replacing when, in my own experience, they didn’t necessarily need to be.
Now, I completely understand that garages have overheads, wages, equipment and bills to pay. And there are plenty of fantastic, honest and highly skilled garages out there. But when you’re the customer, it can be incredibly difficult to know who is genuinely looking after you.
And that’s exactly why I’m bringing Redemption back — but bigger.
