Here we have another successful victory!!

Our client was notified that his 2020 Ford Focus was being written-off after it was involved in an accident. Copart, the vehicle salvage company was instructed to collect the vehicle for it's disposal.

Well, after we were contacted we guided our client so that the claim was handled correctly, we supplied a courtesy and negotiated to have the repair authorised. Today we returned the car back to our very happy client!

Or service doesn't stop though! We have since established the third party liability and we will continue to support our client to help him to recover his excess that has been paid and revert his no claims bonus.

Success story number one-

The owner of this Suzuki Swift was sideswiped by a truck and the insurance company notified them that the car will be written off. I did a bit of background research and the insurance company attempted up underpay the vehicle owner by about a £1000!

We got heavily involved with the claim, guided our client on how to reverse the write-off decision and then repaired the car.

We're not just your ordinary bodyshop, we go above and beyond to ensure our clients are cared for correctly and we're not afraid to put up a fight with insurance companies so that cars are repaired and not written off 💪!

We're excited to announce that this year, our small local bodyshop have 2 team members competing in the national bodyshop awards!

Firstly Nat Wad is competing as the Apprentice Paint Technician.

And then we have Anthony Temperton who will be competing in the Senior Paint Technician category.

The dynamic duo can be seen in action in the second image here.

They both have practical assessments in June, let's take this opportunity to wish them luck and get behind them!
