On behalf of the team at Darthaven Marina, please allow me to extend a warm welcome to our page. Situated in Kingswear Village, on the sunny side of the River Dart, Darthaven Marina is one of the few family owned and managed Marinas left in the UK. We have taken pleasure in providing our customers with excellent service for 50 years.

Today we take pride in offering service as it used to be – putting our customers first. We provide visitor facilities and an extensive range of on-site services including marine engine servicing and rebuilds, wood and GRP repairs, marine electrical and electronic services, a 40 ton travel hoist and an extensively stocked chandlery. Our status as a Volvo Penta Centre means that we have a large range of both Volvo and other engine parts in stock. All of our staff are highly trained and with many years of experience in their respective fields. We hope that you will visit Darthaven and we look forward to being of service to you.

Our engineering team work on a wide range of inboard and outboard engines and with the season starting to wind down, now is the perfect time to start thinking about any servicing or maintenance needed over the coming months.

Until 25th September
Open Daily 10am - 3pm
Dry/sunny days only

From 26th September
Open Saturdays & Sundays
10am - 3pm
Dry/sunny days only

October Half Term
24th October - 1st November
Back Open Daily 10am - 3pm
Weather Permitting

Sara's will then be closed for the winter, reopening again March 2027 🌷

Yesterday evening, staff from our Plymouth and Kingswear site came together for pizza at Sara's On The Marina as a thank you for all of their hard work and commitment this year.

A grey start on the River Dart this morning, but still plenty worth spotting!

Two very different vessels caught on camera today, Waverley, the historic 73m British passenger ship built in 1947, alongside Hermetica, an impressive 53m sailing vessel flying the Marshall Islands flag.

Not a bad pair to brighten up an overcast Wednesday morning on the river!

A final look back at another brilliant Regatta week!

The weather may not have been the kindest at times but we managed to capture some of the sunshine and blue sky amongst the wind and rain!

A huge thank you to all of our team at Darthaven for all of the extra work and planning that goes into Regatta week each year 🙏
