We recently had this nice, clean Beta 125 2T in for a full carburettor service.

✅ Complete carb strip-down

Full Engine Rebuild – Beta 250RR
We recently completed a comprehensive engine rebuild on a Beta 250RR. Engine had crankshaft movement as bearings worn.
The work carried out included a complete engine strip-down cleaned and inspection, replacement of the connecting rod. The crank was then balanced to ensure smooth running, reduced vibration, and even power delivery across the rev range. Crank bearings were replaced as standard practice. They had actually started to breakup. Cylinder was honed and new piston fitted. Power valve checked and set to correct position .
All oil seals and gaskets were replaced to maintain proper sealing and prevent future oil or coolant contamination, and every component was carefully inspected and measured against manufacturer tolerances before reassembly. New starter as on inspection magnets had come away from body.
A rebuild of this nature is one of the best ways to extend the life of a two-stroke engine, address wear before it leads to more serious damage, and bring performance back. If your bike is showing signs of wear such as vibration, unusual noise, reduced power, or increased oil consumption, it may be time for a rebuild. Another bike through the workshop this week!

We had this nice KTM 450 in for a new Michelin Enduro Medium rear tyre and UHD tube fitting. While it was with us, we also gave the bike a thorough look over to make sure everything was in good order and ready for its next ride.

Big job completed on this Honda CR250 engine rebuild! 🔧🏍️

This one came into the workshop needing a full rebuild, after the bigend failed, The engine was completely stripped down and inspected before starting the rebuild process.

Work carried out included:
New crank cases fitted
New clutch basket
New crankshaft and conrad installed
New piston
Main bearings and seals replaced
Powervalves fully cleaned, inspected and correctly set up

Full engine reassembly with all tolerances checked carefully throughout

The powervalve system was stripped and set up properly to make sure it opens and operates exactly as it should, giving smooth power delivery.

We put a lot of time and attention into builds like this to make sure everything is right first time, and this one is now back together and ready to be run.

Another job through the workshop this week

We had a Kawasaki KX250 in for a fresh set of front and rear sprockets along with a new chain. All fitted up and running perfectly.
The bike is now all set and ready to ride!
