The Battle of Britain Race Meeting kicks off at Croft today, and there’s still time to be part of it!

Gates are open at 9am, and tickets are available at the gate, so round up the family, bring the mates, and get ready for a full day of trackside thrills.

Saloons, Legends, Focus Cup and Sidecars flying round all weekend.

We can’t wait to welcome the Darlington & District Motor Club back to Croft this weekend for the Battle of Britain Race Meeting.

Around 60 years of history. Four wheels. Three wheels. And plenty of proper racing.

🔥 Northern Saloons & Sports Cars, around 30 cars and a seriously mixed grid. Mitsubishi, Subaru, BMW, Porsche, Peugeot, Mazda, Honda, Golf, Fiesta, Westfield and more!

🔥 Classic & Historic Modsports & Special Saloons bring some beautiful ’70s machinery to Croft

🔥 Ford Focus Cup, identical cars. No excuses. It’s down to the drivers to make the difference.

🔥 FSRA F2 & Pre-Injection Sidecars machines bringing the three-wheel madness. Quick, committed and properly spectacular!

🔥 Scottish Legends, fast, close and always great to watch, fresh from supporting the at Knockhill.

From 1970s monsters like Baby Bertha and the DAF 44, to packed saloon grids and flat-out sidecar action - there’s plenty for everyone

🏁 | There’s a reason people come to the BTCC at Croft once and then come back every year.

It’s not just the racing, although the racing is brilliant.

It’s everything around it.

It’s arriving at the circuit with the North Yorkshire countryside surrounding you and realising you’re somewhere genuinely special.

It’s walking into the paddock, included in your ticket, no VIP pass required, and standing next to the very cars and drivers you’ve watched on ITV4 all season.

It’s finding your spot, getting settled for great racing, and spending the next two days completely losing track of time.

It’s proper motorsport. Accessible, affordable, loud, and alive in a way that a screen simply cannot capture.

Clervaux for the start.

The infield for the view.

Soaking up the whole atmosphere, with a bite to eat and a drink.

Then back out for the next race, because there’s always another race coming.

Under-13s get in free. The paddock is open to everyone. And Croft in September, with the BTCC title fight at its most intense, is about as good as it gets!

😄 | Aiden Moffat. A man of many words.

💬 “I think... yeah. I mean, to be on pole position and then to win Race One and another second in Race Two. It’s the best weekend I’ve ever had in touring cars. So it’s hard not to have that as my best memory of Croft.”

We’ll take that as a glowing endorsement.

Aiden made his best-ever BTCC memory right here at Croft, and on September 5 & 6, with the championship deep in its most critical phase, there are going to be plenty more memories made.

The question is whether you’re here to witness them first hand, or watching it back on your phone the next morning wishing you had been.

Pole positions and race wins not guaranteed.

An absolutely brilliant weekend? That we can promise.
