🚚5-9%: £100 penalty

The new digital service has been launched for car and motorcycle drivers to notify the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency of medical conditions online. The intention is to reduce decision times by up to 10 days versus submitting a paper application.

🔋Electric van and truck operators will continue to benefit from discounts of up to £25,000, after the UK Plug-in Van and Truck Grant was extended until at least the 2027 financial year.

The extension follows a separate £30 million government investment aimed at supporting the installation of charging infrastructure at fleet depots.
