Busy busy, where does the time go!? ⏰

Here is a highlight from this week, a 2016 90 due some TLC, body panels replaced, new door hinges & windscreen blocks, chassis treated, galvanised bumper & some new wheels.

New lynx LED headlights & genuine LR grill + headlight surrounds.
Pumas do suffer with body corrosion, so it needs nipping in the bud as early as possible.

Now back to looking great! 😎

Hopefully this is the start of many more videos, we’ve been asked for months to share what goes on in our workshop, so here you go! We know it is very interesting, but in such a busy environment it’s difficult to spare the time for setting up & editing.

Puma 90, seat box end panels, galvanised cappings & tub side panels replacement! Boxed off & sent for paint. 🎨

110, CSW restoration.

A huge build, we will try to highlight the main aspects of this 110 -

Its original turbo diesel engine was beyond economical repair, so a replacement D1 200 tdi engine was sourced. Multiple modifications are needed when fitting a discovery engine to a 110. Including exhaust down pipe, power steering hoses & coolant hoses.
