This car came to us absolutely smothered in a bitumen based, aftermaket underseal, and it was everywhere!
We started the project with a full dry ice clean, blasting away old coatings, revealing the true condition of the underside.
Stonechips, rust spots and general wear and tear was revealed.
The choice was made to fully strip the underside, back to bare metal. Done once, done right. So cracked out the laser cleaner and got to work!
Once completely free of corrosion and paint, we start the sealing, painting and future corrosion protection of the underside and parts.
Then re rebuild starts.
Zinc plating all nuts and bolts, new oils, brake lines, new disks, fully reconditioned calipers and so much more.
Finally.. exterior paintwork 3 stage polish and locked in with IGL Coatings UK Kenzo
