Puretech 1.2 Citroen - Wet Belt failure recommend down to us from a previous customer.
Belt stripped its teeth while driving and unfortunately caused internal valve damage.
Full set of new valves as requested by the customer and belt fitted.
Car is now back on the road running as it should

Another disaster wet belt.

Customer got the car recovered to our unit for a no start fault.
Wet belt had not been serviced over its period and had caused complete engine failure.

After a whole engine rebuild, the car is now back on the road running as it should.

If you want your belt checked, please pop by and we can do a quick inspection over it to ensure it’s not going to look like this.

After a general service and inspection we found that the timing belt (wet belt) was starting to crack and fray. After a quick chat with the customer, we have caught the belt early and have got it changed with a new one after only 37,000 miles.

Honda Civic 2018 1.0

This vehicle was brought to us with a knocking noise and reduced power.
Inspection revealed a failed crank thrust washer, which had caused significant internal engine damage.

We removed and stripped the engine, replacing the block and internal components.
A new turbocharger was also fitted due to oil starvation and subsequent failure.

The customer collected the vehicle fully repaired and performing as it should.

Customer recovered the car down to us with it failing to start.
Diagnosed the issue and found that the turbo had seized completely on one side.
Recondition turbo fitted and started first time.
