We just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that behind every business is a team of real people, with real feelings.
We are a small husband-and-wife-run garage. We have children, commitments, and a life outside of work, which we are entitled to just like everyone else.
We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of work, using quality parts, following vehicle safety regulations, and taking the time to diagnose problems properly rather than guessing. And that seems to be rare in this high-stakes industry!
This means sometimes we cannot offer the cheapest option, the quickest turnaround, or the solution someone hoped for.. but we will always offer the honest and safe option.
We appreciate the overwhelming support from our amazing customers, and the reviews and loyalty we’ve built mean the world to us.
As we continue to grow, we will be introducing clearer policies around communication and mutual respect, because we do not deserve to be attacked while simply trying to keep people safe on the road.
We will always do our best for our customers (as we always have), and we ask that the same respect is extended back to us.
Thank you to everyone who supports our little garage and allows us to keep doing what we love.
