Sometimes when I get a car in expecting the paint in a certain condition it arrives and is much worse. Luckily for this Bentayga it was only on one side of the car so I was more than happy to fix it with the allocated budget.
Sometimes I charge more than others, but it's not always about who can do it cheapest. When you have a high value luxury car you want to know the job is going to be done well, not rushed and with no corners cut. Yes I might be more expensive but when things like this happen you start to realise why, someone quoting you £150 less is great but when they get to a point like this all of a sudden you're getting phone calls asking for more money and you end up paying more than I quoted anyway.
Pay for the skill, the knowledge and the tools the first time. You will have a better experience and a better end result to show for it.
