Ford KA came to us with a suspected head gasket failure, confirmed presence of combustion gasses in coolant. Cylinder head removed, skimmed pressure tested and industrially cleaned. Rebuilt with new timing belt and water pump kit. Original overheating fault causing the blown head gasket was found to be due to faulty fan. Fan replaced and the engine is ready for many more miles of happy motoring 🔧
