“I had an amazing experience at Fleetline Coachworks in Croydon yesterday and I can't thank them enough. I use a very long funeral limousine for work & unfortunately I'd scuffed the passenger side. Because of the vehicle's length, most bodyshops simply couldn't accommodate it, as it wouldn't fit into their spray ovens or workshops.
From the moment I arrived, Naomi was welcoming, polite & professional. She clearly knew what she was talking about and, rather than guessing, she called over one of the owners, Steve Harris. Steve was brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable & someone who genuinely cares about his customers.
We had a bit of banter, then he said, "Wait a minute." A few moments later, he came back with his polishing machine & some menzerna polishing compound. Within just 10 - 15 minutes, he'd worked on the scuffed area & transformed it. The finish looked like it had just come out of the showroom. I honestly couldn't believe the result.
What impressed me even more was that when I offered to buy him a drink to say thank you, he simply smiled and said, "It's fine, mate. We're here to help." That level of customer service is so rare these days. I could easily have been charged a fortune or been without the vehicle for several days elsewhere.
Instead, Steve & Naomi got me out of a real fix & thanks to them I can continue using the limousine for funeral work this week without any worries. Fleetline Coachworks has earned every one of its excellent reviews.
Full marks, total respect & outstanding customer service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will happily recommend them to my family, friends & anyone looking for an honest, professional body repair centre. Thank you, Steve, Naomi & everyone at Fleetline Coachworks.”
