We are looking to recruit an experienced MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician/mechanic. An ability to weld and fabricate would also be an advantage. A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work as part of a close team.
Role:
This position is for a busy and reputable garage working with a strong reputation so we require a knowledgeable MOT Tester/ Vehicle Technician with an attention to detail.
This role will include MOT Testing and all levels of technical work; from servicing and general repairs to diagnostics. You must be able to complete work to a high standard, adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes where necessary, become part of a team aswell as being able to work with your own initiative, and bring a high attention to detail. You must also be capable of working on a wide range of vehicles as we work on all makes and models, from standard road cars to performance/motorsport vehicles; in particular the build and preparation of rally cars and race cars
If the applicant is skilled in fabrication and welding there is potential to be involved in custom building stainless steel exhausts through our Powerflow exhaust brand.
Requirements
- A valid MOT Licence
- Experience working on a variety of vehicles is essential
- Must hold a Full UK driving licence
Salary : negotiable, qualification/experience dependant
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday mornings on a rota
Workwear and laundering provided
