We’re growing, and I’ve got some exciting news to share!

As many of you know, I’ve been running this mobile mechanic business solo for a while now, and recently had to expand with another member of staff, and now juggling tools, repairs, and all the customer calls and messages. Truth is, while I’m great with engines, I’ll admit communication hasn’t always been my strongest suit. 😅

That’s why I’m thrilled to say… we’ve officially brought on a receptionist! 🙌
You’ll now be getting a much smoother, quicker response when you call or message. Whether you’re booking a job, asking about a service, or following up, our new team member is here to make sure you’re looked after properly so I can stay focused under the bonnet!

Hey everyone, just a quick message from me…

First off, I want to apologise to anyone I’ve not been able to carry out work for recently, or if you’ve tried to get in touch and I’ve been hard to reach. Things have been hectic behind the scenes, and I know I’ve not always been as responsive as I should be.

But I’ve taken that on board—and I’m making changes.

You’ll be seeing a lot more of AR Mobile Mechanix in the area going forward. I’ve got a small team on board now, and I’m working hard on improving communication so I can get back to people quicker and keep things running smoothly.

Really appreciate everyone who’s stuck by me and supported the business—it means the world. Looking forward to getting back to doing what I love: helping people stay safe and running on the road.
