We’re looking for a reliable HGV mechanic to join our team full time at our workshop in Crawley Down, Sussex.

Carrying out servicing, repairs and general maintenance on HGVs. Friendly team and good rates of pay depending on experience.

For a customer with a broken leaf spring and damaged mount, we delivered a quick and lasting repair. After cutting away the damaged components, our team welded and strengthened the mounting point, installing a new spring. We had the trailer fully operational and back with the customer on the same day, getting their business moving again with no time wasted.

This drag trailer required a new brake chamber, when removing the old chamber we found the bracket holding it on had rotten through. We fabricated a new bracket, welded on to secure the new brake chamber and keep this customer out working.
