Not stopping for a DVSA officer is a criminal offence❌

DVSA have the power to stop vans, lorries, buses, and coaches. This allows us to carry out spot checks to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy.

We prosecuted a driver at Swansea Magistrates Court after he failed to stop when instructed to do so.

He pleaded guilty and was fined and required to pay costs 👩‍⚖️

MOT exemption latest 📣

Around 650,000 cars, vans and motorcycles have received automatic 6-month exemptions on their MOTs since Monday. 🚗🏍🚚

✔️Sit back – your MOT expiry date will automatically update by the day your MOT is due to run out.

✔️Check your MOT history to see new MOT expiry date - keep checking back if your new expiry date is not showing yet.

⚠️Remember - you still need to keep your vehicle roadworthy.

From 30 March 2020, MOT due dates for cars, motorcycles and light vans will be extended by 6 months. This is being done to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Hey Folks, Dem here. as some of you may know I have spent the last year preparing the garage next door to mine as an MOT station.

I have completed the training requirement and received our final inspection from DVSA on Friday 26th - which we passed with flying colours.

We are now officially a Class 4 and soon a class 7 Mot Testing station.

Our new website will be live soon but we are accepting MOT bookings now.

I look forward to seeing you all for your MOT needs and you will receive my best attention at all times.

We've come a long way baby!
