Here at J R Automotive we are a fully loaded workshop offering servicing, repairs, diagnostic repairs, fitted tow bars, tyre fitting & puncture repairs, MOT repairs, welding, breakdowns, and we operate a 24HR call out service on all motoring vehicles.

We do have availability to recover and store your vehicle for insurance purposes.

All work carried out is guaranteed and we are VAT registered to keep inline with warranty compliant services.

We aim to attend mobile calls-outs in an hour depending on your location. If we are unable to repair your vehicle at the attended call-out then the necessary repairs will be carried out at our workshop in Cramlington. We have a team of fully trained mechanics on hand to serve your needs during our business working hours.
Our aim to have your vehicle repaired and handed over to you on the same day depending on the nature of the repairs and also the parts availability.

Since I first started JR Automotive in 20I4 I have genuinely learnt the key to a good business is giving the customer an exceptional service at affordable prices. We want you to leave our workshop extremely satisfied and tell your friends and family about our services.
