All little project we have been on with recently.

The customer came to us with a setup that did the job, but had recently snapped in a few places.

Working with what was there, a new setup was fabricated. Keeping the turbo in the same position, we added a support onto the turbo.

Made the pipework slightly bigger than what was there.

A sidewinder manifold would of been awesome for this, but we stuck with what was requested. Down pipe from the stock manifold to the turbo, then a bonnet exit exhaust, with the wastgate between.

Still a few bits to tidy up and finish off, then a video can be uploaded 😜

A heat shield was knocked up and also a bonnet exit protection plate.

Quick video of our 3.5" oval midpipe for the m140i / m240i.

Mates to your stock downpipe and back box.

3.5" oval, as straight as it can be to aid flow.

Or it can be mated to out custom valved back box setup to be a full system 😜

Changes the tone of the car slightly, in a good way.

No clearance issues, no need to space the middle brace out like everything else.

Car in this video runs a pure800 hybrid turbo, decat, software tuning, our 3.5" midpipe.

Initial feedback is that there is a noticeable difference with the car.

Next up with be a dyno run, everyone loves to back stuff up with facts and figures.
