"Great experience with this company, bought a car remotely as was based across the country, very good Comms, they were fine with a family member who was local test driving the car as I couldn't due to distance. Car exactly as described, presented in excellent condition a new service and MOT (I think the tyres had also been replaced with new ones) been driving it for 6 months now and not a hint of anything wrong. Even took time to ensure a very minor dent was dealt with professionally at their local body shop.

Whole transaction was smooth and professional, will definitely be checking their stock again as and when I want to change cars"

My wife recently purchased a Renault Captur from Cradley Heath Motor company.

Absolutely no pressure at all and we gave it a test drive straight away. Mark was extremely helpful on the day and we picked the car up a few days later, Brett was also extremely helpful on collection. From our experience, just a nice bunch of people, great selection of cars, would definitely recommend.

I visited this dealer in April looking for a good used car, fantastic selection of vehicles, extremely well presented, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, not at all pushy. I purchased a Hyundai ix35, which despite being ten years old was immaculate and had full service history.
Despite this, it has suffered some quite serious problems, (obviously always a possibility with any used car), but I have been looked after superbly by Cradley Motor Co. with problems being addressed and excellent communication.
Brett and Mark have gone above and beyond in their service and I cannot recommend them highly enough, after all that is why most of us choose the security of purchasing from a dealer! When I am in the market again for another car, I would certainly have no hesitation in visiting them again.

Just to say a big thank you to Mark for helping me sort my new car. Picked up my Renault Capture this week. Process was easy and he did everything for me. Tax DVLA.. .car was beautiful clean and had petrol in ready to go. Couldn't have ask for better service. Would recommend to anyone, go have a look. Enjoying my new car.

Great choice of cars. The people i dealt with (brett mark and james) were all so helpful and friendly. The car i bought had a little problem after a week and they sorted it out straight away no problem under the warrenty. Absolutely brilliant company to deal with- and must give a mention to the lad that valets their cars- he does a fantastic job. The car i bought was 8 years old and it looked like new 👌👍

Great service! Quick to get my car to me with mot and a service and after telling them of my urgency to recieve car they were happy to call me and get my car to me asap! Very polite and down to earth. I picked my vw scirocco up yesterday and it drives like a dream! Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a good quality car at a fair price!

Just bout an Audi A5 from Cradley Heath ‘Motors. No pressure sale from Mark. The car is great at a good price with a good deal on 12 month warranty. Car has had a few bits done before collection with no quibbles. Really pleased.
