Only just got Andy’s ZXR400 out of the van today from the Manx GP in August, bit of a delay as he’s been a bit of a girl moaning about having a broken neck or something and other minor ailments 🫣, the only thing not damaged is the Projex dyno sticker.

Old school blow through turbo bandit engined GSXR1100 in today for set up, started with 154 and finished with 294@wheel and nearly 200 ftlb of torque, still more set up work to do and hopefully more power later after some modifications.

Let’s get a classic bike it will be fun they said 🫣 gpz900r, BMW R80, shell suit CBR1000f, zzr 600, bandit carbs, Yamaha TR1, LS650 savage in for a top end rattle then it stopped running, most of the others were carburettor problems and TR1 in for cdi repair transistor replacement.

Cbr600 f4 week, two 1999 f4s in, one in for power loss and poor running, ram air filters in the air box had deteriorated allowing flies and filter foam into the carburettors, full strip and ultrasonic clean and run up on the dyno to make sure she’s back as mr Honda sent it out, other bike had full front fork overhaul including new British made fork tubes supplied by All bike engineering, KTech linear springs, K Tech slide bushes and lowers blasted and repainted.

Zx6R In for a carb clean and set up, to say they were a bit dirty was an understatement 😳, all ultrasonic cleaned and set up making a healthy 94bhp@ wheel , XJR1200 for a strip, clean and setting up with pod filters ended up with a tad under 110bhp customer is over the moon with how she rides now 👍.

A blast from the past in this week, Rd125lc in for brake calliper rebuild, fork seals and wheels referbished in gold, some two Stoke p**n with a 2 moto rg500 special, ktm990 adventure in for custom ecu map and a ZRX1100 in for valve clearance and carburettor jetting on the dyno.
